This listing is for a Daniel Defense M4V11 that will be sold as a package with the mounted Vortex Viper 1-4x24. This is an excellent rifle with an excellent optic mounted and ready to shoot. The rifle is in excellent working condition but shows typical signs of wear that you would find on an AR-15. Slight wear on the bolt carrier group and typical wear marks on the charging handle. The rifle does not exhibit much external wear, just some handling marks here and there. Original packaging for optic, mount and rifle did not come in with the rifle therefore they are not included. The item will be sold to the first party to submit a payment be it in store or online. We do not “hold” items for a party under any circumstances without payment in full. In order to have an item held, full payment must be submitted via phone using a credit card.
All payments must be made via credit card over the phone. No additional fee will be added for using a credit card but no additional payment types will be accepted at this time. To submit payment, buyer must call the store between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday or between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Sunday. When calling, please have the listing available to aid in processing payment.
Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the price of any item but shipping costs can be calculated ahead of time if buyer contacts A3. Type of shipping will depend on the item. Ann Arbor Arms does not ship internationally and follows all state and local laws. Know your state and local laws before attempting to purchase as all transactions that cannot be processed due to conflicting state or local laws are subject to a 25% relisting fee.
All items are sold “as is” and will only include the accessories and/or box provided to us by the party we originally acquired the item from. Items will not necessarily come in original boxes or with original accessory kit unless expressly stated in the listing. By purchasing from Ann Arbor Arms through Guns International, Buyer acknowledges that this agreement includes all of the provisions of the parties’ agreement and there are no other statements, provisions or representations concerning the sale of any of the items covered by this agreement. Each party is agreeing to the terms outlined in this agreement of their own free will and act. Each party has read all of the provisions of this agreement and each party fully understands all of the provisions of this agreement. Each party has had the opportunity to have an attorney review this agreement. None of the parties are under any duress or undue influence to agree to these terms.
