Double set triggers. Barrel and breech are immaculate. This rifle is similar in all respects to the Berdan Sharps of Civil War fame (excepting caliber). Rifle is supplied with all components for the care and feeding of this piece; several hundred cast Christmas tree designed lead bullets .542 dia x 475 grain; 20 boxes of RWS top hat musket caps, several hundred of Charlie Hahn’s paper cartridge rolls, 1.875” & will hold approximately 60-65 grains of 2ffg black powder. Of course, rifle can be loaded and shot with nitrated paper cartridges or loose powder in the chamber. Supplied with black leather Indian Wars cartridge pouch very similar to the McKeever cartridge box. Decorated with USS insignias which were the United States Scouts, Indian allies contracted to scout for the cavalry and infantry during the subjugation of the western tribes. Nipple wrench included. There are two small dents on one side of the butt stock which are minor and shown in the last photo. This rifle is field ready.
