ATTRACTIVE AND UNUSUAL EARLY ROSSI COACH GUN SIDE BY SIDE 12 GA. 3” CHAMBER SHOTGUN WITH GOLD PLATED HAMMERS, LEVER AND TRIGGERS, This is an early example with desirable Greener locking action in which a visible oval steel locking bolt protrudes from the left side of the receiver when the lever is pushed to open the action and then retracts flush with the receiver side when the action is closed. 20” improved cylinder and modified choked barrels, top of barrels marked with the Rossi name, made in Brazil marking and the Garcia importer stamp- all very small letters in one area ahead of the breech. Tight and ready for cowboy action shooting, home defense or hunting. This one is in excellent overall condition inside and out with only a tiny spot or two of freckling. I know for a fact that this shotgun was kept in a closet for home defense for the last 30 years and never fired.
