Description:
6.5 Bergmann; 98% blue, 95% straw, excellent bore, excellent grips, 4.25'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Fixed front and U notch rear sights. 5 round magazine capacity using a special clip. Crown/U proofs on the left side of barrel and receiver, and rear of receiver under the sight. Stamped on the left side of the frame "PATENT/ BREVETE/ S.G.D.G.". The right side of the frame is stamped with the makers logo, marked "GAGGENAU/ V.C.S./ SUHL". Checkered hammer and cocking knobs, smooth face trigger. Fire blued safety lever on left frame retaining most the original finish. Very fine condition, the metal showing slight sharp edge wear and a couple timy areas of surface spotting. Mechanically fine and clean internally. Very uncommon in this condition.
