Description:
This is a made in Japan Weatherby Mark V rifle in .340 Weatherby Magnum. The serial number dates to 1984-1986. The 26 inch barrel has a factory 2 inch muzzle brake. Condition is Excellent with a shiny bore. The action is in Excellent condition with lots of blue on the bolt knob. The bottom metal has a few light scratches on the floorplate. The stock is the traditional Weatherby skip checkered walnut Monte Carlo style with rosewood fore end and pistol grip caps and a ventilated rubber recoil pad. The pistol grip cap has a diamond inlay. the wood is in Excellent condition. This rifle is equipped with Buehler two piece scope mount bases that are included in the price of the rifle. They will not be removed and the rifle repriced without them.
