Description:
92% blue, 90% straw, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel , This is an example of an ordnance parts assembly pistol, possibly assembled near the wars end for issue to the Volkstrum, or assembled by Gis after the wars end. Original blue finish, strawed small parts and fitted with checkered walnut grips. The numbered parts are all matching on the upper half of the pistol. The frame is stamped on the front of the trigger guard with a straight wing eagle/63 proof. None of the small parts on and in the frame are numbered, including the grips. An ordnance replacement magazine is with the gun, a blued sheet steel variation with an aluminum bottom, which is stamped with an S/42 on the front of the base and an eagle/655 proof at the back of the base. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a droop wing eagle/211 proof, a B/92 proof and a droop wing eagle military acceptance stamp. Other droop wing eagle acceptance stamps appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. A small droop wing eagle/211 proof appears on the left side of the barrel. The metal finish shows holstering wear to the high points  with scattered light handling marks. The grips show light handling with sharp checkering. Mechanically fine with a clean sharp bore.
