Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: This Ruger No.1 is a spectacular all-original rifle.  Chambered in .22 Hornet, this example is serial number 133-06276 and was manufactured in 1993.  It comes complete with the original serial numbered box, factory scope rings, owner's manual, and all the box inserts.  The Ruger model No.1-B was introduced in 1966 and was manufactured until 2010, although production was very limited in the last couple decades.  The "B" suffix in the model name designates a semi-beavertail forearm and a medium weight barrel.  The No.1-B was offered in a 22" or 26" inch barrel with a quarter rib with integrated scope bases, there were no provisions for iron sights.  This example in .22 Hornet has a 26" inch barrel and as mentioned before, is in excellent condition.  The original gloss factory blue finish is beautiful, rating 98 to 99%, with no wear or marring.  Even the polished areas left in white on the breech block are still spotless.  The bore is minty and bright, with no pitting, erosion, or defects of any kind.  The factory original checkered American Walnut stock is in excellent condition and is exceptionally beautiful for a factory stock set.  The buttstock in particular has lots of attractive figure and contrasting grain in it.  The checkering on both the pistol grip and forearm is still clean and crisp, and the stock set is 100% free from cracks or repairs.  Only under extremely close examination can a few small handling marks be found on it, small enough to not detract at all from this rifle's classy and like-new appearance.  The buttstock has a factory fitted Ruger-branded red recoil pad on it in excellent condition, which pulls 13.75" inches to the end of the pad.  Everything on this rifle works 100% like the day it left the factory.  The action is smooth and precise, and it locks up perfectly in battery.  The trigger is very good on this rifle, it breaks cleanly without any slop or grit.  As mentioned before this No.1-B comes with the original box with the factory end-label still attached, and all the inserts that it shipped with when new, including the factory 1" inch rings.  This rifle could pass as having been shipped from Ruger last week rather than 25 years ago!  If you have been looking for another minty and complete Ruger No.1 for your collection, or a just a really cool .22 Hornet rifle that your shooting buddies will be jealous of, this Ruger No.1-B would be a great choice!       SOLD Manufacturer: Ruger Model: No.1-B Serial Number: 133-06276 Caliber Info: .22 Hornet Bore: Minty Condition: Excellent LOP: 13.75" Inches Rib: Quarter rib with integral scope ring bases Weight: 8 lbs 10 oz.
