Winchester pre war model 12 deluxe trap.Built in 1940,this gun has some unusual features.It has a 30" 2 pin milled vent rib.The gun is choked full.The deluxe checkered wood is original and has field dimensions instead of trap dimensions.The gun is marked trap on the magazine tube so it is definitely a deluxe trap not a field gun.The gun is very tight and is in very good condition.It retains 90% of the original blue and 95% of the original wood finish.The wood is highly figured 3X walnut.The stock dimensions are 14"LOP over the original Winchester solid pad,15/8" at comb,and 25/8" at heel.It would make a great pheasant or dove gun or a fun clays gun.C&R eligible.
