Description:
This is a very nice Springfield Armory Model 1898 (krag) in .30-40 Krag. The barrel has strong blue with patina as does the receiver. The walnut stock and matching forearm are in great condition with someone having carved some letters into the buttstock. The letters are thin The rifle has a 2000 yard ladder rear sight and front blade. All in all this is a very nice rifle.
