We have for a rare and collectible Winchester Model 70. What makes this rifle special? This rifle was manufactured in 1936 the very FIRST year of production of these rifles. THE SERIAL NUMBER IS "9"! This rifle is in immaculate shape. There is only one small crease on the stock. The caliber is marked ".30GOV'T'06. on the barrel. This is from the first run of the Model 70.
