Just about mint in a box. After careful examination we found two-tiny pin pricks on the edge of the barrel flutes. That's about it.
It is from a collection of guns from a Connecticut collector who lived near the factory. It is purported that he bought one of every new model he could and had about 47 guns in the collection.
The gun truly appears to be unfired. There are no rub marks, pits or scratches anywhere. The checkered walnut the grips are also perfect. No chips, splits or flattened points. The grip screw is unmarred.
The bore is as new. Mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. There is not a hint of frost to be found. This gun comes in the original box with the instruction sheet, parts breakdown, dealer listing, warranty certificate, and wow! A spare magazine.
This is really an outstanding package.
