Description:
.69 cal, NVSN, 43 inch barrel, iron barrel and lock, brass butt plate/trigger guard/ferruls, proof marks appear British but are light, "STP" stamped on barrelwalnut full stack, no makers name, Adams Express tag on butt, "1576" stamped on right side of stock in front of lock, 1820's.
Condition:bore has scattered heavy black powder oxidation, iron is plum to silver, brass is aged yellow, pinned stock has a crack on left sidee from rear side plate to barrel, light marks, excellent mechanically.
