Description:
SOLD.....Very nice Smith & Wesson 1/1/2 Single action .32 caliber center fire revolver with holster. Here is a nice little S&W .32 caliber single action. Comes with the holster that was with it when I bought it. Has the longer 3 1/2” barrel. S/N 80409 and all matching of course. Has quite a bit of original nickel finish that is turning dull or milky in some places. I see no signs of refinishing as the markings and edges are all sharp and clear. The barrel has about 75% dulling nickel. The cylinder has about 50% dulling nickel. The frame has 90% mixed dull and bright nickel. I noticed a couple photos are out of focus and a little blurry, so if you need more photos just let me know. Right side of the gun looks just like the left side. The factory machine marks inside on the recoil plate are still very crisp and sharp as are the markings so I am pretty sure it is original finish but I could be wrong. Just do not want to misrepresent it in any way. No pitting on the gun at all. The hammer still retains quite a bit of factory case colors as you can see. The barrel latch has traces of original blue. No blue remaining on the trigger. Markings are all excellent. Untouched front sight. All the screw heads are sharp and not burred up. The mechanics are excellent in every way. Crisp and tight as a new gun in every way. Cylinder locks up like new with no movement what so ever. This gun is as tight as the day it was made. Rock solid barrel to frame fit at the latch and at the hinge. The bore and chambers are excellent and bright with no pits. Rebounding hammer and full cock notch are perfect and positive. The grips are very nice and show all of the fine checkering. There is a very small repair to the left grip at the very bottom. It is totally invisible on the outside but when you remove the grips, you can see on the inside around the pin hole that some kind of very small repair has been made. I can send photos of this if you want to see it. Still looks perfect on the outside and the fit is perfect to the gun. The holster came with the gun when I bought it. Don't think it is made for this gun but it looks good. It is solid with all the stitching with an added tie down sting on the bottom. Don't know why anyone would want to pack this type of pocket revolver in a holster anyway but I don't need it and it goes with the gun. Maybe you can find out what it was made for originally by trying different small revolvers in it if you have a collection of these guns. Not much else to say about this one. It is what it is. If you don't like it, simply return it for a full refund as is on all of my guns. Nice little outfit here at a very reasonable price. Hard to find one this tight with a bright bore for less money. This would make a fantastic little shooter with proper black powder loads of course. Probably shoots as good as the day it was made... $15 insured shipping. Call 765-728-8049 with any questions or more photos. I get so many tele marketers calls I do not answer the phone much any more but leave a message as I check my messages all day long. Also e-mail works well. Thank you for looking and check back often as I have a lot of antique firearms to get listed soon.
