This is a Smith & Wesson Model 53 revolver in .22 Jet with the factory inserts for shoooting .22 Long Rifle. The serial number dates to 1961 which is the first year of production for this model. This is a 4 screw K frame that has been professionally reblued. It has a Combat hammer and trigger. The grips are Target diamond style. The refinish is in Excellent condition. The grips are in Excellent condition. The bore is bright and shiny.
