Colt Model 1878 Double Action .45 caliber revolver. Manufactured approximately 1897 .45 LC caliber. Barrel length 4 ¾”. Bore is about very good with excellent rifling and frosting in the grooves. Action works perfectly. Grips are excellent. The 4 ¾” barrel 1878’s are hard to find as most are longer barrel lengths. Barrel address and caliber markings are sharp and clear.
