By Weaver Rifle, post 64 model 70 upgraded with functional but skillfully refinements. Inlet sling mounts military style 1" 1/4 sling with a walnut stock deep burl and deluxe style checkering on point. Comes with Burris bases & rings with a Swarovski Z3 3-9x 36 with 4A reticle Scope, comes with muzzle break and decelerator recoil pad.
This is a fine representation of an American classic exhibiting custom refinement of the skill and talent from the artisans of Weaver Rifles. The Rifle has a small blemish on the floor plate but otherwise is in excellent condition.

Layaway:
Terms are 20% downdue 60 days from the date of purchase and forfeiture of down payment on anything past 60 days. You can make as many payments as you want within the 60 days. LAYAWAY TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE!
Shipping:
We ship after receiving payment from you and the FFL License from your local dealer with your name on it. Without that information, there could be a significant delay in shipping your item. As soon as payment and the FFL have been received WE SHIP YOUR GUN, often the same day. We ship all our Handguns UPS 2nd day air, NO EXCEPTIONS. Long Guns are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping prices or ads that include shipping are FOR CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. Shipments outside the continental USA must be quoted in advance. We'll pack your gun properly and ship it fully insured to your FFL of choice.
Inspection & Returns:
New firearm sales are final and can only be returned if flawed or otherwise not as described. Used Firearms go out on a 3-Day non-firing, no disassembly inspection period. If a gun is to be returned, shipping is at buyer's expense.
Legal Notice:
It is the BUYERS responsibility to verify the legality of this firearm in their jurisdiction. We will not accept returns for items that were shipped where they aren't allowed. If you order a gun that isn't legal in your state or you can't pass the background check, there is a 20% restock fee.
