Description:
Here's a wonderfully engraved Smith & Wesson 4th Model double action top break revolver. Made prior to 1898 so its an antique. The engraving is in the New York style and is simply beautiful. The Mother of Pearl grips are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. 98% of the original nickel is remaining on the frame and 3" barrel. The blue on the trigger guard is all there but starting to dull a bit. The case colors on the hammer and trigger have faded to a pleasing grey color. Serial number 99098 and all matching on the butt, cylinder, barrel, and frame. It doesn't get much better than this.
