Description:
This is an early Type I Walther model 9 pistol, most likely made in 1922 (2nd year of production). The pistol is in excellent condtiion with a high polish blued finish and a hint of plumb color that's in about 97-98% condition with some minor edge and muzzle wear. The photos show oil streaks - this is not wear ! The grips are original and in tact and have zero play or wiggle. The bore is rated at 8/10 with some minor patina wear within the grooves of the rifling. The magazine appears to be aftermarket, as there is no "Walther" banner on the base. The magazine is dark blued but fits and functions properly with the pistol.
