Description:
This Historical U.S. Cavalry Model 1873 Colt Single Action Army comes with a "Kopec" authentification letter and a "Colt" Archive Letter. It is .45 caliber, 7.5" barrel. Has Beautiful aged Ivory Grips. Revolver is in good to very good condition displaying areas of nickel finish mixed with dark patina and scattered spots of erosion and pin prick pitting.  Has crisp action and indexes properly. Sharp markings including "Henry Nettleton" inspection markings.  Manufatured in 1878. Markings are clear and legible. All serial numbers match, including  the cylinder, which bears the last 4 digits "9872", of the serial number. The  Ivory grip is in very good condition,   The bore is well-rifled and dark, showing some  pitting. This revolver has had professional repairs made to action and hammer.
