Description:
This is an early (serial no 13,83x) Universal made M-1 Carbine and with these early guns they used GI parts including stock, trigger group, bolt, etc. They should not be confused with the later Universal carbines which utilized their own sub-standard parts. In addition somone has removed the front sight and replaced it with a muzzle brake and a lyman ramp and bead sight. Makes a good shooter even if not original. A genuine "fun gun" for the family.
