We have a very rare Colt Government model 1911-45 ACP Pistol From Master Gunsmith John Giles that he did back in the early 60's
He Led the Charge on making the 1911 the most accurate it could be.John Helped the US Army with the program back in the 1960's at Camp Perry as well as the Navy and the Air force.
The Kit gun was a result of many gunsmiths request to Colt to send them unassembled so they could build them into Match Guns.
no sights were provided by Colt This gun has the full Rib with The Extended sight to get a longer Sight picture.
He Made around 1064 units.
The Gun has a few marks and some scratches it has been shot but not abused I consider it in good condition for its age . But its not mint.
