Here is something different than your standard German drilling or quad, here is a over/under single barrel 16 Guage with a 6.5 x 57MM rifle barrel below. The firearm exhibits the same high quality engraving coming from the German guild builders and has the old world german craftmanship coming from a pre-WW2 gun makers quild. The wood has minor dents and wear consistant with it's age. The metal finish has started turning a greyish patina. The engraving is crisp and shows no sign of wear. The sights are european flip up, with a small buckhorn sight at the rear of the barrel. The butt plate is hard rubber. The firearm has double triggers. The wood is checkered walnut that has turned dark from handling. Marked on the barrel is the Krupp Fluess Stahl, which according to historical archives indicates the steel, the barrel steel, and the city of production.
