Description:
Here is a magnificent example of a type 2 NM rifle. This gun is documented through the CMP as sold by them in August 1970 and shipped from Rock Island, Il. This rifle shows no evidence of having been fired since its original purchase. The bolt face shows no evidence of prolonged fire other than proof rounds. There is no wear on the bolt lug or dirt,carbon residue on the bullet guide. All the parts are correct for the type 2. The stock was inletted and glass bedded as per SA specifications. The trigger group and stock bear the last four digits of the SN. It comes with a genuine MRT leather sling. There is a very sliight color difference on the left side of the stock butt that may be attributed to storage.
