Description:
This is an original manufacture Model 1919 M4 Semiautomatic Machine Gun in 7.62 NATO caliber. The gun was manufactured complete by U.S. ORDNANCE, Sparks, Nevada. The gun is mounted on an adjustable Bi-pod and can be mounted on a new made or antique tri-pod (not included).
This gun was not assembled from spare parts or from parts made by several manufacuturers. It was new made as a complete and fully functioning gun in the US and was machined to full military specifications.
This is a (cloth) belt fed semiauto rifle and does not require any special permit or license to own or fire. The belts are available from several sources and are easily loaded and fed through the gun.
The gun is in excellent condition and fully functioning. The original green Parkerized finish is more than 95% with only very small marks and blemishes. All markings and labels are clear and easily read.
This gun will make a great addition to your military collection or a real treat to shoot at your local gun club range.
