Belgian WEBLEY-PRYSE Revolver with BONE GRIPS
Large European .45 Caliber Revolver
Here we present an antique Webley-Pryse Revolver, made circa the 1880s in Liege, Belgium. The Webley was a long-used service weapon in the United Kingdom from the late-19th to the mid-20th Century. It is chambered for 6 shots of the .455 Webley cartridge. It features bone grip panels and a lanyard ring. The right side of the revolver is equipped with a thumb operated lever that allows the barrel assembly to pivot downward, automatically ejecting the spent cases. Belgian proof marks may be viewed throughout.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces are dark with age. The markings are clear. The bore is good with strong rifling. The bone grips are in good shape. The action on this revolver is excellent.
