Description:
Antique 1873 38-40 SRC made 1886. Perfect tight, solid like new action and lockup, feeds and ejects perfectly. No play in the action or lever. When the dust cover is back, the gun works perfectly, when the dust cover is forward it sometimes interferes with the carrier, I have not tried to adjust it. Bore has it's visible rifling with black powder roughness. No finish, smooth gray metal. Wood is solid and has real nice grain. Markings are worn. Sold as antique collectible, must be checked by a gunsmith if going to be shot, guaranteed as pictured and described or full refund. Buyer must be over 21 years and legal in his state.
