Early Indian Wars Era ,Colt SAA U.S. Cavalry Revolver, with John Kopec letter of authentification. Serial number #3946 manufactured 1873-74. All matching numbers including barrel. Grips are un-numbered. Sharp markings. metal all grey patina. Very good bore and Excellent action. .45 caliber 7.5" barrel. Letter states that U.S. markings have been re-stamped., after removal by possible Indian Capture or taken by a Deserter! Buyer pays $25.00 shipping to lower 48 states.
