#82558, Heym 470 Nitro Express Model 88B PH2 Safari With Very Nice Upgraded Wood, Made in 2001, Anson type action with overhead intercepting safety sears, Greener type crossbolt action body, The piece is with 24" Ejector barrels with 1/4 rib and 1 standing and 1 folding, Double triggers with the front articulated, Bolstered frame, Scalloped action back, Cocking indicators, Locking screws on key screws, Beavertail forend, Shadowline cheekpiece, Sling eyes, 14 5/8" LOP over a 3/4" pad, It will go 14 7/8" with a 1" pad, 9 lbs. 4 oz., An excellent upgraded piece of wood with great contrast, It has 98% original barrel blue, The original wood finish at 99%, The checkering remains at 100%, The bores are absolutely new. It is as tight as new and has 99-100% mechanical life left in it. In the field of current double rifles, the Heym is only one of two that our shop feels comfortable with to go the course with reliability and function over the long haul of serious shooting and African hunting.
