The Winchester Model 70 Super Grade features: the classic Model 70 control round feed action with a Mauser style claw extractor for smooth ejection; the Model 70 three position safety that shows the safeties status with a glance; a high polish, deep blue finish on the steel; fancy walnut; ebony fore end tip; a shadow lined cheek piece; inletted sling swivel studs; one piece floor plate for that adds rigidity for better accuracy and a Decelerator pad to soften recoil. This is truly a classic rifle in the classic caliber, the .270 Winchester.
