Description:
A great looking World War 2 Inland M1 Carbine that is nearly all correct. This Inland has all the early features that are sought-after. This example is serial number 491,762 and was made in roughly July of 1943. The only parts that do not appear to be original are the stock which is a "high wood" field replacement, and the stock recoil lug which is Standard Products. The stock is an Inland replacement stock marked in the sling well with a "HI" and U.S. Ordnance bomb cartouche. It does not have any rework markings and as mentioned before, is still a high wood model. The Carbine itself is all-original finish and has the correct flat blue bolt. All of the sights, barrel, trigger housing, and internal parts are correct. The barrel is Inland stamped with a date of 7-43. This carbine comes with one original 15 round GI magazine marked "IA". This carbine would be an excellent addition to any M1 Carbine or WW2 collection and has a great original look to it. REDUCED to $1495!!!
