Description:
The Leica has a focusing monocular and, as you would expect from Leica, excellent optical quality. The quality is so good that , if weight is a consideration, you could leave your binoculars behind and use the 7x monocular to scan. I did just that in Nepal recently for Bharral and Tahr where weight was an issue because of the altitude. It worked well. I am the original owner. It comes complete with the original box , black cordura carrying case that has a belt loop on the back and a matching black carrying strap, and all original paperwork. The scan mode enables you to continuously obtain yardage readings as you move away from and back to your target (a good way to make sure you are not getting a false reading at the target). Selectable to measure in either yards or meters. Uses a "D" battery. Looks almost like new. I took good care of it. Shipping cost is $12.00. Thank you for your interest.
