Serial #4733, .50 Caliber, 21 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. The barrel has 98% of the original blue remaining. Sling bar and ring are in great Condition. The barrel lock spring retains 100% of its original bright blue. and the brass opener is perfect. Walnut stock and forend have an excellent oil finish over non-sanded wood with a very few small handling marks, as well as great inspector cartouche on the left side of the wrist. The barrel lock-up is rock solid and the mechanism is fully functional. This is original condition with NO restoration work done. This is a 150 + Year Old Smith Carbine that you will never see the quality of again in excellent condition overall. This Carbine also comes with a box of 50 Cal. rounds. Rick 920-764-0220
