Manlicher Schoenauer Mdl 1952, Cal .30-06, Ser. 88XX
Magnificent example of the early post war Mannlicher. Other than some very slight sharp edge silvering and an occasional pin prick the original factory high polish blues at the very least 97-98%.
?There is also a set of factory installed sling swivels. The bolt face, guide rails, and feed ramp show very little use. The bore, like the rest the gun, is super, mirror bright, with razor sharp rifling, beautiful to look at and a joy to shoot.
The beautifully checkered walnut stock features a European shadow cheek rest, black fore end cap and pistol cap plus a factory original recoil pad. all are in super nice condition. The stock retains about 95% of the original factory lacquer. There is one small area on the fore arm has a surface ding about an inch long.
The balance is almost perfect. The gun comes with a magnificent Paul Jeager scope base and quick release ring set. and super clear Leupold Variable X III 2.5X9 scope. The entire package for just .......$1295.
