Rare Winchester Model 70 Bull Gun in 300 H&H magnum caliber. S/N 338*** with matching bolt Mfg. 1955.
I was told that this particular rifle was used by an aerospace company for testing the performance of ballistic vests and has a company code inscribed onto the floor plate. It has a MASSIVE 28" Bull Barrel which is factory drilled for sight and scope blocks and has an excellent bore. All mechanical functions are smooth and in proper working order as well. Condition of Blue is about 97% with light scraches under barrel. Varnish is 98% with a few light dings. A great and interesting rifle in a seldom seen configuration with a very unique history.
