Sold...A Ruger 77 Safari Magnum chambered in 458 Lott, original Ruger 1 inch rings and the gunsmith who owned this rifle took the front sight off, threaded the barrel...original length and installed a muzzle brake. He then reinstalled the front sight ahead of the break. He took this rifle to Africa and shot a trophy Cape Buffalo. Somewhere along its travels there the butt stock fractured and he just glued the piece back in, its solid as a rock. New owner might want to dress that area up some and blend it in. Kick-eez pad is on the butt. Beautiful sharp checkering, ebony fore end tip and Ruger steel grip cap. This rifle other than that has 98%+ original factory blueing. Would be a fine African rifle or for U.S. Coastal Brown bears.
