I just added. Excellent condition for this age scope. Elevation and focusing adjustments working good. Lenses in good condition without damages or cracks. Clear and Sharp View.Very rare scope! Not typical for 100 or more years rifle scope. Dr. Walter Gerard produced rifle scopes in Germany prior to World War I for use on sporting rifles.With the onset of the war, Gerard scopes, along with many other previously manufactured sporting rifle scopes, were adopted by the German Army for use on their Scharfschutzen-Gewehr 98 and K98 Sniping Rifles. All Gerard scopes are scarce in the USA. Original factory bluing.
