Description:
This Brander & Potts (London) lock and barrel were re-fit into a hand-carved (amateur) stock many years ago. Includes original lock, back plate, barrel and trigger guard; action functions crisply at half- and full-cock. Eighteen-inch .75 cal. barrel is proof-marked. Barrel has some pitting and rear section of brass trigger guard is missing. Was last fired more than forty years ago.
