Description:
Serial #600289, .38 Special, 6" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This 1936-manufactured revolver retains 95-97% original factory blue with some minor silvering at the muzzle, and along the projecting edges. There is a further turn-ring on the cylinder, and some minor freckling on the sides of the hammer as well. The revolver is fitted with the original adjustable rear sight, and a period target bead front sight blade. The checkered walnut Colt medallion grips rate very good-fine with some scattered minor handling marks, and some mild flattening of the points. The revolver is mechanically excellent and functions flawlessly. This is a handsome '30s Colt, and is in fine-near excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
