This Winchester Model 70 Super Grade features the classic Model 70 controlled round feed action with a Mauser style claw extractor for smooth ejection. This Model 70 includes a three position safety that shows the status of the firearm at a glance. This rifle has a high polish, deep blue finished steel, fancy walnut stock, ebony fore end tip, a shadow lined cheek piece, inletted sling swivel studs, a one piece floor plate for that adds rigidity for better accuracy and a Decelerator pad to soften recoil. This is truly a classic rifle in the classic caliber, the .270 Winchester.
