Here we have a wonderful example of the gunmaker's art. This is a Model 21 SxS made by CSMC and Tony Galazan. The engraving package almost certainly is their Grand American. Having this gun in hand is a gift. CSM is respected world wide for producing some of the finest examples of artistic gunmaking on the market. Hopefully the pictures tell much of the story. Internally, the water table, breechface and lug are all beautifully jeweled. The scroll engraving is deep and crisp with a matte background. Blueing is deep and rich. Liberal application of gold borders along with a stunning gold Pointer on the left frame, a golden! retriever on the right frame and a pair of gold grouse on the bottom of the frame. The custom stock has beautiful, almost translucent, feathering throughout and a Decelerator buttpad. It also has a gold plate on the bottom with the previous owners initials or symbol. The stock has a LOP of 15 1/4" with a right hand palm swell, 1/4" cast-off. Drop at comb is 1 3/8", DOH is 1 5/8". Fore end is equally checkered and has a very nice comfortable swell. Vent rib 30" barrels with 6 Briley choke tubes. There are a couple of very minor dings in the stock, we do not know whether or not it has ever been hunted. 3% surcharge for using a CC, shipping to be determined. We recommend that this item be shipped in a hard case. $20. In order to protect your investment, all long guns over $500 must be shipped in a hard case. Minimum shipping at this level is $55 and includes the hard case. Shipping cost could increase depending on value or weight of the firearm. For long guns less than $500, we still recommend the purchase of a hard case, again to protect your investment. These numbers are for shipping to the lower 48.
