Webley Mk VI, dated 1918, Cal. 455 Webley. Uncut and outstanding. You will be hard pressed to find a finer example of an untouched original MK VI. The gun retain about 85-90% of the original factory finish. The only loss is from sharp edge silvering and some slight toning from holster wear. There are no pits, rub marks or scratches. All numbers match. The gun is covered with a the very large amount of military proofs that collector are used on British firearms. They are are easily seen on the pics. This gun does not have the double broad arrow proof usually associated with British firearms that have released for public sale. The original black Bakelite grip panels are super nice with only a small patch of slightly flattened points on the left side from holster wear. The barrel group, frame and cylinder all match. The recoil plate cylinder, face and force cone exhibit little if any use. The bore is sunshine bright with razor sharp rifling. There is not a drop of frost anywhere. These uncut MK VIs are are getting scarcer by the day. They are a great investment, beautiful in a collection and a joy at the range. $1975.
