Description:
A very nice Enfield No. 4, Mk 1. English made, "A". Ser AC 7xxx, Stamped "1943" but most probably factory re-furbished later (bolt numbers don't match). Stock very nice, relatively new-looking with crisp parallel grip grooves. Has very few dings; brass butt-plate. Bore fairly dark, but lands are crisp, shiny. Shoots very well, bolt action very smooth like most Enfields. Original canvas sling included, also spike baonet appears to be in un-issued condition. A very nice piece of British WWII history!
