Colt Service Ace .45 ACP caliber pistol. U.S. Naval Pistol Team gun with letter and documentation. This gun started out as a Service Model Ace in .22 caliber. The gun was rebuilt by the Navy to a .45 using a National Match slide and NM adjustable trigger gun has a Bo-Mar sight. Grip straps are stippled by the Navy Armourer. The gun was issued by serial number in September 1959 to Lt. Richard A. Olsen. This is a documented Ace that is Navy converted to .45 for their Bulls-Eye Team. Note: Slide is numbered in tiny digits 365 instead of 356. Obviously a transposition by the armourer. U.S. Navy. Lt. Olsen was a member of the Naval Bulls-Eye Team. Included are Lt.
