Description:
Serial #492417, 12 Ga. (2 3/4"), 28" barrels (choked FULL and MOD.) with excellent, bright bores. This is a nice looking, field grade shotgun that features double triggers, automatic safety, and sling swivels. The barrels retain 95-97% of the original blue finish with some mild silvering at the muzzles, and some very light freckling at the breeches. The gun uses an Anson & Deely style, boxlock action, and the frame has retained a commensurate amount of the original, bright color case-hardening. The checkered walnut forend and pistol-grip buttstock have a few scattered handling marks and minor blemishes, but are otherwise in excellent, original condition. The stock has a 14 3/4" LOP to an original AYA buttplate with drops of 1 1/2" and 2 3/8" respectively. This is a great field gun, by a respected European maker, and is in fine-near excellent condition. FFL
