- Has hand drawn image of a woman reclining nude, most likely an image from a plane
- Zipper present but majority loose from binding
- Over 100 signatures from USAAF and Army personnel from 3/43 to 6/43
- "Property of Wade A. Rowse Carson City Nevada"
- Wade A. Rowse was in the Medical Administrative Corps in the US Army branch s/n 18164187
- Many of signatures come from his time in Harlingen AAF Texas
- Very rare and collectible find
