Description:
This is a Sauer & Sohn Fortuna shotgun chambered for 2 ¾” 16 Gauge shells. This shotgun has 28” barrels with mirror bores and a beautiful color case hardened receiver. The receiver has cocking indicators on both ends and beautiful engraving. The checkering is smooth and well defined along the forearm and stock. This shotgun weighs 6.5 lbs and has a straight cast stock. All visible parts have matching serial numbers. The length of pull is 13 ½” to the rear trigger and 14 ½” to the front trigger. The rib has a brass bead and there is slight graying and minor surface rust along the rib and between the barrels at the front end.
