Pocket Sized European Self-Defense Revolver
Here we present a German Proofed “Bulldog” Folding Trigger Pocket Revolver, made circa 1900 in Germany. It was made for pocket carry by early 20th Century armed citizens.
This revolver features the German “Crown/U” proof mark on the frame and the cylinder.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces bear 70% of the original finish. The markings are legible. The smooth bore is in good condition. The wooden grips are in fair condition, the left side has a piece missing at the bottom. The action on this revolver currently only works in single action.
