Description:
The FN-49 was not a caliber specific rifle as many of the countries that ordered them had them chambered for the cartidge used by their military at the time.Subsequently, they were produce in .30-06 Springfield, 7.92x57mm Mauser, 7x57mm Mauser, 7.62x51mm NATO & 7.65x53mm Argentine.The 49 is a gas operated short stroke piston with tilting bolt.
