I have a 9422M .22 mag that has been fired only 15 rounds for scope sight-in (not included). It has the soft luster finish not the high gloss that was also offered. As pictured it has no marks or scratches. The red that appears on the reciever is a product of the flash nothing on the bluing. 100% all around. $35.00 S&H to the FFL holder of your choice in the lower 48, others higher.
