UNUSUAL SPECIAL ORDER C. SHARPS ARMS, BIG TIMBER MONTANA, 1885 HIGHWALL SINGLE SHOT 26" OCTAGON RIFLE IN .219 ZIPPER CALIBER! If you like the out of the ordinary, this is it! The best part is that it comes with excellent Redding .219 Zipper loading dies PLUS Redding forming dies (two) and a trim die ( cases formed from .30-30 or .25-35 brass). A quick check from Midway shows these dies cost about $350 plus shipping! This is the pistol grip with checkered steel shotgun butt plate version with schnable forend. The walnut appears to be a little better than standard grade showing a rich brown color and some nice grain structure. The case colored receiver is mounted with a Williams receiver sight adjustable for windage and elevation. There is no rear dovetail in the barrel and the front dovetail is covered by a short ramp with globe front sight that will take inserts. Very tight action with light, crisp trigger pull. approx. 9 1/2 lbs. All in near new condition. I almost kept this one myself!
